Sr. Maureen Nwajiobi, DMMM, is a Singer/Songwriter, Author, Motivational Speaker, and Catholic School Principal with over 30 years of religious life in the Order of the Daughters of Mary Mother of Mercy. She is a passionate evangelist who proclaims the Gospel through speaking, music, writing, and social media outreach.
Sr. Maureen was recently featured by the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA), Archdiocesan media, and the Texas Herald for her award-winning article on the importance of Catholic education and encouraging educators to persevere in teaching with love, patience, and prayer.
She serves as a committee member for the Archdiocesan Catholic School Religion Curriculum. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and three Master’s degrees: Social Anthropology and Education from the University of Stockholm, Sweden, and Child Studies from Linköping University, Sweden.
