Siobhan Fallon Hogan has been an actress on stage and screen for over three decades in film and tv productions such as Forrest Gump, Men in Black, SNL, Seinfeld, Dancer in the Dark and on stage in the New York Shakespeare festival’s As You Like It. She has written, produced, and starred in two films RUSHED and Shelter in Solitude. Both films have over 90% ratings on Rotten Tomatoes with domestic and international releases. Shelter in Solitude garnered best film and actress awards in several film festivals before its AMC & Regal Cinemas’ wide release.
After penning her first play Mother’s Farewell, based on her Irish Catholic family, Fallon Hogan was invited to the Napa Institute in 2025 to perform a live reading with her star-studded cast including Patricia Heaton, Margaret Colin, Welker White, Laila Robins and Sinead Hogan. The Athenaeum Theater in Chicago will produce the play fall of 2027 and Family Theater has commissioned Fallon Hogan to write the film version.
Fallon Hogan’s new podcast Catholics & Cappuccinos on EWTN has featured several Catholic guests such as Jonathan Roumie, Kevin James, Father Michael, Patricia Heaton, Father Michael Duffy, Sister Mary Gabriel, Monsignor Shea, Bas Rutten, David Henrie and many more.
Fallon Hogan is a Roman Catholic and received her M.F.A. in Acting from the Catholic University of America where she was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2012. She has given many talks and screened her films at several venues including a Ted Talk, Notre Dame, the University of Mary, Catholic University, Benedictine College, Fordham University, Franciscan University, Legatus, the Irish Business Organization and many more.
Fallon Hogan has been married to Peter Hogan for 34 years. They have three children, Bernadette, NY1 political correspondent, Peter, actor, music supervisor, producer, and actress, Sinead. The family formed Emerald Caz Productions in 2019 as Fallon Hogan committed to writing works grounded in the Catholic faith.
