Before Santonio Hill ever stepped onto a stage, he spent years searching for the one thing every person longs for: identity. Growing up without a father left him asking questions that success, relationships, and accomplishments could never answer. It wasn't until he encountered the Father's love through Jesus Christ that everything changed. Today, Santonio's mission is simple: to help people discover who they are in Christ so they can become the saints God created them to be. Through powerful storytelling, practical discipleship, and authentic Catholic teaching, he inspires audiences to embrace hope, pursue holiness, and boldly live their faith.
Santonio earned his degree in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America while studying for the priesthood at Saint John Paul II Seminary in Washington, D.C. Although God ultimately called him to marriage instead of the priesthood, those years of formation became the foundation for a lifetime of evangelization. He served as a FOCUS missionary, where he met his wife, Kristen, and later worked as the Urban Outreach Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, equipping youth ministers in evangelization, discipleship, and healing ministry. He has also served as Director of Recruitment for Vagabond Missions and Executive Director of Gift of Mary Women's Shelter before joining FOCUS as a Major Gift Officer.
A nationally recognized Catholic speaker, Santonio has presented keynotes, retreats, parish missions, conferences, and workshops for audiences across the country, including the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC), Catholic Familyland, The Culture Project Conference, ProjectYM, Vagabond Missions, Theology on Tap events, Catholic schools, colleges, and more than forty parishes. Whether speaking to teenagers, parents, parish leaders, men's groups, or young adults, Santonio combines humor, vulnerability, and solid Catholic teaching to create an experience that is both deeply personal and spiritually transformative.
As a husband, father of three, former seminarian, and lifelong disciple, Santonio believes the Gospel isn't simply meant to be believed—it's meant to be lived. His greatest passion is helping people encounter Christ, discover their God-given identity, and leave every event ready to become missionary disciples who transform their homes, parishes, and communities.
