Rebecca Kiessling has been a pro-life speaker since 1995, sharing her powerful testimony internationally. Having been conceived in rape, nearly aborted, then placed for adoption, Rebecca became an attorney and has dedicated her life to defending others who are also at risk of being aborted. Raised in a Jewish home, Rebecca first came to know Christ while in high school, fell away, then was called back while in law school, completing RCIA, then was baptized, received first communion and confirmed at the Easter Vigil in 1994.
Heritage House '76 published Rebecca's story in their popular pamphlet, Conceived in Rape: A Story of Hope. She's appeared on EWTN and intterviewed on Relevant Radio numerous times. She's in The 40 Film, the Citizens United film The Gift of Life With Governor Mike Huckabee, and several other pro-life documentaries. Rebecca changed the heart of Gov. Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich during their presidential campaigns and has been politiccally influential globally. Her speaking experience includes pregnancy resource center fundraisers, right to life events, Respect Life events, Catholic High Schools, universities, attorney conferences and women's events. She's also the president and founder of Save The 1 - global pro-life organization with a network of nearly 1000 conceived in rape, mothes who became pregnant by rape and those given challenging pre-natal dagnoses.
