This two-man Catholic, Acoustic, Humor, Beard, Rock ministry is Dan Harms and Kyle Heimann. They formed their ministry at Purdue University in 2005 and have brought their mildly funny and highly energetic music and speaking ministry to 43 states, 4 countries, and 2 Canadian provinces (probably more by the time you read this). Kyle lives in Indiana, Dan in Virginia and they both have wives (one each) and kids and stuff. Dan and Kyle both hold black-belts in esteemed areas of Catholicism - Kyle's in Vocation Discernment and Holy Facial Hair, Dan's in Confirmation and Stories about St. Peter.
Popple is known for mixing humor and reverence in both their music and speaking ministries. They specialize in upbeat, fun, interactive concerts, but also give entertaining and engaging keynotes on a variety of topics for youth, teens, and young adults. Additionally, Popple is very comfortable leading music and prayer at Mass, for Adoration, and in Praise settings.
Popple regularly brings their ministry to Diocesan middle and high school events and has performed in over 40 diocese across North America. Notable performances include multiple main stage appearances at the National Catholic Youth Conference, Los Angeles Religious Education Conference, and National Conference on Catholic Youth Ministry. For the past three summers Popple has given keynotes and concerts at Steubenville Conferences across the US and Canada.
