The only conservative, Christian comedian in the UK (almost!), Nicholas De Santo is an Italian-born comic of Iranian origin. Using his background as a legacy TV journalist, he challenges the leftist, mainstream agenda with funny but right-leaning, counter-culture stand-up comedy and political satire.
Nicholas De Santo was born in Italy but moved to London to work for BBC World Service, believing to be contributing to promote the values of the free, civilized West. Once disenchanted with the globalist media agenda, he started his own conservative stand-up comedy routines which meant the BBC (and subsequent employers) forced him to resign, and he was banned from various comedy clubs in London.
In 2019 he was a finalist at New Act of the Year (NATYS), one of the most prestigious competitions for emerging comics in the UK.
In 2020 the Spectator recommended him as one of the best unwoke comics to watch.
In 2023, his pro-life stand-up set in London went viral on YouTube (more 1 million views), as he may be the only comedian with an entirely pro-life routine.
Today, Nicholas continues to defend conservative and Christian values as a stand-up comedian and a panelist on the London-based GB News TV channel.
