Nancy Charles’ journey from spiritual confusion and cultural captivity to a life rooted in Christ and His Church is a powerful witness to the mercy and transforming grace of God. A former member of the LGBTQ+ community, Nancy lived over 15 years as a lesbian before being swept up by the transgender movement. She was actively pursuing a gender transition when, by God’s providence, she received the grace of conversion—thankfully before undergoing any medical interventions.
Nancy's past also includes a long and harrowing battle with drug addiction. For over 15 years, she endured the grip of substance abuse, multiple stints in rehab, and near-fatal overdoses. Her life was marked by deep pain and chaos, culminating in a moment of total despair when she came to the edge of taking her own life. But it was there—on the precipice—that the mercy of God broke through.
Today, Nancy serves as the Director of Operations for Eternal Christendom, where she helps build a culture rooted in beauty, reverence, and the timeless truths of the Catholic faith. She speaks with rare authenticity about identity, addiction, chastity, and healing—not as abstract ideas, but as realities she has lived, suffered, and overcome through divine grace. Since her conversion, Nancy has shared her story in many places, including the Eternal Christendom podcast and prominent venues such as Mar-a-Lago, offering a bold witness to the mercy of God and the maternal intercession of Our Lady.
Her testimony has brought hope to many navigating similar struggles and has even been cited in amicus curiae briefs delivered to the Supreme Court of the United States. In 2025, she was honored as the recipient of the Catholic Champion Award, presented by Catholics for Catholics, in recognition of her courageous witness of faith and fidelity to Christ. Her life is now dedicated to helping others escape the clutches of sin and find healing in Jesus Christ and His One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church—especially through the prayer and intercession of Our Lady, the Immaculata.
Nancy's life is no longer her own; it is a living testimony to the freedom, joy, and dignity that await every soul who seeks their true identity in Christ.
