Mary Ann Kuharski is an author and national speaker on life and family issues. She is a founding member and Director of PROLIFE Across AMERICA, known as “The Billboard People” for its positive and persuasive educational messages, which have appeared in 46 states. They annually sponsor more than 1,000 radio ads and 7,500 billboards — in addition to online ads and college campus ads.
Mary Ann Kuharski is a wife and mother of 13 children, six of whom are adopted and of mixed races with "special needs". She and her husband John were active members of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Minneapolis, and grandparents to a growing extended family. Mary Ann became a widow in 2023, when John passed away. Mary Ann is an author and national speaker on life and family issues. Most recently, she has been called to speak on Grandparenting issues – including “When Loved Ones Leave the Faith” and “Encouraging Faith and Family in an Adverse Culture.”

They annually sponsor more than 10,500 Billboards, in addition to Ads on Radio, Internet, Streaming ads and – most recently – Digital moving Trucks at major festivals and events.
Mary Ann has served in various aspects of the pro-life movement as well as being a volunteer counselor offering support to women with problem pregnancies. She has served as an Advisory Board Member of the National Council for Adoption and on the MN Governor's Task Force regarding children with handicaps and special needs. She has testified twice in Congress on adoption related issues and has appeared on local and national radio and television.
In 2005, Mary Ann has received numerous awards including: The Catholic Unity Award from Catholic Music and Media Association; Catholic Woman of the Year Award from the National Catholic Daughters of the Americas, the Leading with Faith Catholic Business Leader Award by the Catholic Spirit Archdiocesan, and was the recipient of Christ Brings Hope Award, from Father Rocky of Relevant Radio.
Mary Ann is a frequent speaker at pro-life events, in addition to Marriage and Family conferences, Eucharistic/Marian conferences, and Advent and Lenten retreats.
