Justin is a seasoned leader with 25 years of experience in the fire service. He currently leads as a Lieutenant at the busiest firehouse in the district. Simultaneously, he serves as the chief expansion officer at Bella Health + Wellness working to spread the mission of Bella and consult with other faith-based practices across the world. Holding a bachelor’s in Emergency Management and Public Safety, and a master’s in Organizational Leadership, Justin specializes in servant leadership with an emphasis on fostering a family-like work environment.
As a dynamic speaker and storyteller, Justin holds listeners captive by weaving personal experiences as a firefighter with deep insights, making his messages both compelling and memorable. He is deeply committed to living out his faith in the secular world, demonstrating Christian values in every aspect of his work and leadership. As an authentic, passionate, and vulnerable speaker, he inspires audiences of all sizes, particularly those dedicated to upholding the dignity of others.
Beyond his professional life, Justin has been married for 23 years and is a devoted father to four daughters. He and his family live on a hobby farm in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, where they raise their daughters through the lessons of hard work and livestock. Justin is enthusiastically awaiting the coming of grandchildren, in which he would like his new name to be “Grumps”.
