I'm Joseph Warren (pen name is Dr. Story), and I have the incredible blessing of creating Christian children's books with no hidden agendas — stories that nurture faith, spark imagination, and bring joy to families. My heart’s work is crafting books filled with engaging rhymes, vivid imagery, and timeless biblical truths to inspire young readers and the loved ones who share stories with them.
Several of my book titles (available on Amazon) include "God Made You Good," "Why God Made You," "There’s a Birdie on the Wire," and "Goody the Goat Had a Lump in His Throat." I’m also excited about upcoming titles like "Milly May Lost Her Way" and "Goody the Goat and His New Coat." Each story is created with prayerful intention to uplift and encourage little hearts.
One of my greatest joys is traveling to schools and churches, meeting amazing kids, and sharing my books with them. We talk about the messages behind the stories, and I’m always blessed by the unique and heartfelt perspectives children bring to our discussions.
I live in sunny Tampa, Florida, with my wonderful wife, Falon, who helps shape my stories, and our three (now 4) children, who inspire so many of my ideas.
