Jennifer Stavinoha catholic speaker Everyday Fiat Ministries

Travels from Bryan, Texas

Jennifer Stavinoha is a dynamic Catholic speaker, author, and theologian. With over 12 years experience of ministering to youth, their parents, and families, Jennifer invites the power of the Holy Spirit into the every day.

After a profound experience at adoration as a teen, Jennifer made living for Jesus her life's goal. Jennifer earned her Master's degree in Theology & Christian Ministry from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, and was on mission for youth and their parents with Ablaze Ministries for over 12 years. Jennifer is the founder of Everyday Fiat Ministries, and has written and presented online courses and videos for youth and their parents, speaks regularly at parishes, schools, and retreats, and is one of the hosts of the Everyday Fiat podcast.

Jennifer's mission is to help hearts respond to God with a daily “yes.” Inspired by Mary’s fiat and her openness to the Holy Spirit, she embraces a holiness that is not found only in extraordinary moments, but in the ordinary, messy, beautiful rhythms of daily life. Her heart for mothers and passion for sharing the Holy Spirit reminds audiences that they are known and loved by God.

Jennifer's theology background and charism for teaching enables and equips her listeners and readers of all ages to engage with the faith on an understandable and relatable level, while calling them to a deeper level of understanding that enriches and enlivens their faith. Teens, young adults, parents, and retirees have all come to a deeper love and knowledge of the faith after attending her talks.

Jennifer is also the editor of the Every Sacred Sunday Mass journals and Sunday Series, and one of the authors of the Every Sacred Sunday Mass Journals reflections. Her book, "Sacred Chaos: Finding Joy & Jesus in the Messiness of Motherhood" is out now with Ave Maria Press!

Favorite Talks:

Sacred Chaos: Finding Joy & Jesus in the Messiness of Motherhood: Motherhood rarely feels like the peaceful prayer life we imagined — it feels loud, tired, distracted, and unfinished. So where is God in the chaos? In this talk, Jennifer Stavinoha shares honestly from her own struggles with prayer as a mom and invites you to rediscover God not outside your vocation, but within it. Together we’ll explore desire when you don’t feel like praying, encounter when God seems silent, and joy that isn’t dependent on circumstances. You’ll leave freed from guilt and encouraged that even in exhaustion and noise, the Lord is already drawing near, turning ordinary motherhood into a place of deep intimacy with Him.

Enkindling & Fanning the Flame: How to Pass the Faith on to Your Children- “How do I keep my kids Catholic?” It’s one of the most asked questions of parents today. In a world full of distraction and mixed messages, parents often feel overwhelmed and at a loss on how to pass a lasting faith on to their kids- especially if their own faith is new, tentative, or they feel like they don’t have “all the answers”. In this talk, we’ll examine research on kids who have kept their faith into adulthood, what it means to be a “primary catechist”, and some practical steps parents can take to ignite a spark of faith, and fan the flame as they grow. This talk will encourage parents to step into the role given to them by God without the guilt, and kickstart a journey that will last a lifetime.

Divine Revelation: How do we know our faith is true?- Why believe Christianity instead of any other religion? In this talk, we explore the bold claim at the heart of the Catholic faith: God didn’t leave Himself hidden — He revealed Himself. Not only through creation and reason, but fully in the person of Jesus Christ. We’ll unpack how God continues to make Himself known through Scripture, Sacred Tradition, and the teaching authority of the Church, and why the Bible itself comes from that living tradition. You’ll leave with clarity and confidence that our faith is built on a God who truly stepped into history so He could be known.

The Holy Spirit In Your Life Today: The Holy Spirit isn’t a symbol or a distant force- He is God, a Person who desires a real relationship with you and wants to actively move in your life today. In this workshop, we’ll explore what it means to live a life led by the Spirit and unpack the “Baptism in the Holy Spirit”, a powerful renewal that makes our baptism come alive, deepens prayer, and equips us with gifts for service and evangelization. Through teaching, testimony, and guided prayer, you’ll learn how to recognize God’s voice, step out in faith, and cooperate with the ways the Spirit speaks, heals, and encourages others through you. Come ready to ask, seek, and knock, and discover that a Spirit-filled life isn’t only for a few, but for every believer.

What the Church Really Teaches About Mary: Who is Mary, and why do Catholics care so much about her? In this talk we’ll discover that Mary isn’t a distraction from Jesus, but the one who most perfectly leads us to Him. From her courageous “yes” at the Annunciation to her presence at the Cross, Mary shows us what it looks like to trust God completely. We’ll clarify common misconceptions about Marian devotion, explain why Catholics ask for her prayers, and walk through the four Marian dogmas and the meaning of the Rosary. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of Mary’s role in salvation history and how knowing her helps us know Jesus more intimately.
