Brian Pusateri, the founder of Broken Door Ministries, is no ordinary speaker. His life story weaves together faith, resilience, and a profound message of God's mercy. This is a message that resonates deeply with broken hearts seeking healing.
The Journey Begins
Brian’s journey took a transformative turn during an eight-day silent Christian retreat in November 2011. In that sacred silence, God spoke directly to his heart. Inspired by divine mercy and unconditional love, Brian founded 4th Day Letters and Broken Door Ministries. Little did he know that this calling would touch lives across the country and around the world.
A Life Transformed
In June 2014, Brian faced a dramatic health challenge-temporary loss of eyesight and a diagnosis of the rare, incurable neurological illness, MOG Antibody Disease. Yet, adversity only deepened his connection with God and underscored the urgency of his timeless message.
A Message of Brokenness and Healing
Matthew 26:26 tells us the bread was blessed, broken and shared. Brian’s dynamic style challenges everyone to undergo a transformation from a broken and scared life to a blessed and shared life that draws others to Christ. The retreat draws each attendee to a personal conversion.

The Bible states, “If we say, “We are without sin,” we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” Most people struggle with some type of recurring sin. It seems no matter how hard they try, and no matter how many times they promise to change, they fall into that sin again. Also, nearly everyone has been wounded in some way by living in our broken world.
Brian uses stories, music, pictures, scripture, humor, and his own personal testimony to challenge everyone to undergo a transformation from a broken and scared life to a blessed and shared life that draws others to Christ.
During the retreat Brian explains how the actions that Jesus took during the Last Supper challenges us to become Christ for others. The retreat offers hope, healing, and change as it explores the profound implications of God’s mercy, forgiveness, and love. Typically, The Blessed, Broken, and Scared retreats are held on Saturdays from 8:30 am until 3:00 pm.
