Dom Quaglia Jr. is a speaker, event emcee, and author who has spent the last 15 years serving at conferences and retreats throughout the USA and abroad, including the U.K., New Zealand, and Europe. His speaking and writing, including his book “Man Enough” about the virtues of St. Joseph, have helped people of all ages lean further into the Gospel and apply it to their lives. In addition to podcasts and his emceeing roles at live events, he runs a residential and commercial real estate business with offices in Nashville, Tennessee and Melbourne, Florida. When not working, Dom enjoys playing golf or soaking up the sun with his wife, Sarah, and their two iPhones.
After going to youth group "for the girls", Dom fell in love with Jesus through a weekly bible study he attended. After a few retreats and youth conferences, Dom decided this 'Jesus' person was someone he wanted to know more about. That began an incredible journey of discovering God's love for him that Dom is still on today. This journey has led him on trips around the world to encounter God through face to face interactions with the poorest of people, the Pope, and everyone in between. Eventually, this journey led Dom to begin speaking to audiences about his faith, and he brings a full breadth of honesty, humor, and Gospel inspiration to presentations every year to crowds of 50 or 5,000.
Today, Dom speaks at parish missions, conferences, retreats, workshops and private events. While Dom loves the process of working with event hosts to craft a special topic for their event, he typically speaks on striving for holiness, God's mercy, the Sacraments, and allowing the Gospel to transform our lives. He also regularly emcees events, tying together the theme of the event in between sessions with humor and logistical details.
Dom also writes regularly on several Catholic/Christian blog sites, appears on Christian radio, and has authored his own book "Man Enough: Lessons from St Joseph on Becoming a Godly Man".
