David Niles is the co-host of The Catholic Man Show and co-founder of St. Michael Catholic Radio, a local Catholic radio station broadcasting throughout the Tulsa area. A cradle Catholic and native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, David is known for his engaging style, depth of thought, and passion for helping men grow in virtue, lead their families with faith, and rediscover the richness of the Catholic tradition.
David’s journey of faith has been anything but ordinary. He attended All Saints Catholic School and Bishop Kelley High School before studying finance at the University of Central Oklahoma. Though he was raised Catholic and never rejected his faith outright, David gradually drifted away from practicing during his college years. It wasn’t until he was living with his lifelong friend and future co-host, Adam Minihan, that the seeds of reversion began to take root.
One day, David stumbled upon a Catholic radio station, and it changed everything. Listening to shows like Catholic Answers Live sparked a renewed curiosity in the faith he had known since childhood. He dove into Catholic apologetics and theology, discovering the intellectual richness of Catholicism and the joy of understanding and defending the truth. This revival of faith eventually led him to co-found an apologetics group at his parish, aimed at supporting new converts and deepening their formation.
In 2014, David and Adam were given the chance to start a Catholic radio station in Tulsa, despite having no professional experience in broadcasting. Inspired by a shared love for the Church and a desire to serve, they launched St. Michael Catholic Radio. The station now covers the entire Tulsa metro area, offering both local content and nationally syndicated Catholic programming from EWTN. Later that same year, David married Pamela O’Brien “a saint” who stole his heart. David and Pamela are passionate about raising their children in the faith and building a Christ-centered home.
In addition to his work with the radio station, David co-hosts The Catholic Man Show, a podcast designed to help men embrace their role as leaders, protectors, and providers in their families and communities. The show is lighthearted and often humorous, but always anchored in serious conversations about virtue, fatherhood, and the spiritual life. Each episode features a drink, a man gear, and a meaningful discussion a unique format that has helped build a loyal following across the country.
