If your goal is to...
1) Instill deeper, personal relationships with Jesus through Mary in your parish,
2) Renew the Sacrament of Penance in your parish,
3) Increase adoration attendance and daily communicants,
4) Invigorate your parish to evangelize the surrounding area for the Catholic Church outside your church's four walls,
Then Look no further.
How they work...
Inspired by the song written by Oberreuter, Come Hold my Son parish mission concerts take listeners on a journey through the mysteries of the rosary.
The mission concert begins fun and upbeat. Then as it progresses, Daniel reveals his soul through story's and images that challenge and push each listener to greater conversion of their heart.
He emphasizes the need for monthly confession and spending time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. He touches on St Faustina's message of Divine Mercy and encourages all to follow their God given vocation.
The climax of the concert then begins when Daniel shares the song Come Hold my Son, which he wrote while praying the rosary before the tabernacle and a statue of the Pieta. He then shares a moving testimony on the rosary and challenges the audience to recommit to Jesus and His Catholic Church. His Testimony on the rosary is unlike any other. Daniel takes the listener through the sorrowful mysteries and offers reflections on the love that Jesus and His mother Mary have for us. He asks the question: Is ten Hail Mary's enough to think about Jesus' agony in the garden, his scouraging, crowning of thorns, carrying of the cross, and His death on the cross? After meditating on the love of Jesus through the rosary, Daniel then offers all attendies, no matter what state their soul is, the opportunity to recommit themsleves to Jesus and His Catholic Church.
But the concert does not end there. After each listener is touched on a deep level, Daniel lightens the mood by singing 2 more songs that encourage audience participation. Then, finally Daniel ends with his final song I Have Fought the Good Fight and challenges his audience to "never be afraid to stand up for their Catholic faith."

"My husband, son, and I went to a free concert ... since that day my 14 year old has been saying the rosary at night. Mary has used your voice to soothe the spirit, but she has used you to inspire the son of a deacon in a way that even his father had not been able to do. Thank you." Christina
"I love your story, your mission and your music. When you sang your song - Come Hold my Son... I could not breathe. It went right into my heart. Now I have listened to it many times and I so love it. " John C.
Daniel, great meeting you ... and thank you for coming to Celina, our Parish needed to hear your message, and I know I did. It was the best concert I have been too, and I have been to quite a few in my life. God Bless and thank you." Garry L.

"My 7 year old son was with me at your concert tonight and is so excited by your music. He is playing your cd (way past his bedtime) right now.
