Dan Dominguez is the Founder and CEO of WHY NOT Leadership, a Leadership Development enterprise focused on helping individuals and teams discover and leverage their intrinsic strengths. His career spans more than three decades of leadership experience across the military, corporate sales, and executive development.
Dan began his Leadership Journey as an Army Airborne Ranger, where he learned firsthand the importance of trust, clarity, and decisive action under pressure. After his military service, he built a successful career in the corporate world, rising to the level of National Sales Director at a Fortune 500 Medical Device Company. Throughout his corporate leadership tenure, he consistently developed high-performing teams rooted in accountability, culture, and results.
Today, Dan works with business owners, executive teams, faith-based organizations, and emerging leaders across the country.
