Passionate about helping individuals and organizations align their financial decisions with their Catholic faith, Chris has dedicated his career to ensuring that financial planning reflects Catholic values.

As the author of Faithful Finances: Six Steps to Establishing a Catholic Financial Life, Chris provides practical guidance to families looking to integrate faith into their financial decisions. Chris's deep commitment to both his clients and the Catholic community extends beyond financial advice—his work embodies the principles of charity, pro-life advocacy, and faith-driven leadership.

 

Chris has served as president of the Duquesne University Alumni Board, the St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church Parish Council, and has contributed to numerous boards, including those for Oakland Catholic High School, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Little Sisters of the Poor. A passionate advocate for pro-life causes, Chris is an active board member of Legatus and founder of Mary’s Place Pittsburgh, a maternity home supporting pregnant women in need. He is also the founder of the Catholics at the Shore conference, an event dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and the exchange of ideas related to faith-based financial planning.

Chris graduated from Duquesne University in 1986 with a BA in economics. He also earned the ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, in May of 1990. In January of 2005, Chris earned the AWMA (Accredited Wealth Management Advisor) designation through the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.

 

Chris and his wife Molly have been married for 25 years and have five children: Kate, Will, Jack, Hugh, and Emma.
