Travels from San Diego, California

Carrie Prejean Boller is a wife, mother of two, and a passionate advocate for truth, faith, and the protection of children. From San Diego, California, she first rose to national prominence in 2009 as Miss California, when she courageously defended traditional marriage during the Miss USA Pageant—standing firm in her Christian beliefs before millions despite intense public backlash. In a defining moment that would shape the course of her life, Carrie chose conviction over compromise, refusing to remain silent even when it came at a personal cost.

She later authored the book Still Standing, with the support and mentorship of President Donald Trump, and almost two decades later, Carrie continues her work as an author, child advocate, and community activist, guided by a deep commitment to protecting religious freedom in America.

At just 21 years old, she was thrust into the national spotlight at a time when many were too afraid to speak the truth. Today, she is a pro-life advocate, a defender of traditional marriage, a champion for parental rights, and remains deeply committed to upholding First Amendment protections and the right of every American to live according to their deeply held beliefs. On the National Day of Prayer, Carrie was appointed by President Trump to serve on the Religious Liberty Commission at the White House, alongside Bishop Robert Barron and Cardinal Timothy Dolan.

Carrie is currently producing and directing a film that brings to light the deeply personal stories of nurses who were terminated during the COVID-19 pandemic for refusing the vaccine out of sincerely held religious convictions. Moved by their courage and sacrifice, she is committed to ensuring their voices are heard and their rights defended.

Carrie has been a fierce warrior for Christ, unwilling to waver—no matter the cost. The Lord was preparing her for an even greater moment—to stand boldly for Him once again on a national stage. A champion for her Catholic faith, Carrie was welcomed into the Catholic Church at Easter 2025 and remains steadfast in her mission to protect the religious liberties of all Americans.

She is married to former NFL quarterback Kyle Boller, and together they are raising their two children—striving each day to pass on the values of their strong Catholic faith, courage, and truth in a world that so often demands silence.
