In 1993, Camille Pauley became one of the youngest education directors of a statewide pro-life organization in the country. It was there, in Seattle, Washington, where she met the renowned Fr. Robert Spitzer who became her lifelong friend and boss. Together, they went on to found the only philosophy-based pro-life organization in the world, Healing the Culture. Since then, Camille has delivered talks to almost a thousand audiences around the globe, authored the acclaimed teen curriculum, “Principles & Choices,” and produced 100 short films and TV shows seen by millions on networks and streaming services like Salt+Light, Formed, and YouTube. But it was the legendary actor Gregory Peck who saved her from what could have been a very different trajectory…
When Camille was 4 years old, her TV producer dad moved their big Italian family from the gangs and guns of Paterson, NJ to the tamales and tumbleweeds of Las Cruces, New Mexico. When they arrived, a lady watering her lawn asked, “Are you Italian?” “No!” Camille retorted. “We’re Catholic!” Armed with that same spunk and confidence, she later starred as the milk carton in her first-grade play about the four food groups and set her eyes on Hollywood.
But when the chance came in her teenage years to meet legendary actor Gregory Peck, she asked, “What can I do to become a famous movie star like you?” Mr. Peck frowned and said, “It’s not what you think, kid. Do something more important with your life.” So she did. Camille poured herself into something she really cared about – undoing the devastation of abortion on demand. A few years later, after meeting Fr. Robert Spitzer and listening to him explain “Why Be Pro-Life” in a four-hour lecture, she was hooked.
Today, Camille leads a team of 20 people to bring Fr. Robert Spitzer’s pro-life vision to life. Combining her love for children with her Italian spunk, Catholic zeal, and passion for film, Camille built a green screen studio in the Black Hills of South Dakota. She is the executive producer, creative director, and scriptwriter for Healing the Culture Studios and is the on-screen talent for Truth in 90 Seconds. Her daughters star as “Jessica” and “Hannah” in the popular children’s series, Philo and Sophie, and play the same roles in Healing the Culture’s spin-off series, Jessica’s Jam, which combines live actors with animated characters.
Under Camille’s leadership, Healing the Culture has grown into an internationally recognized organization with a powerful pro-life message, a wealth of successful resources, and tremendous influence in the cultural battle over abortion and euthanasia. In 35 years as a pro-life advocate and champion for the real differences between men and women, Camille has inspired politicians, judges, lawyers, and medical practitioners to honor and defend the sanctity of all human life. She has trained tens of thousands of students, teachers, religious educators, clergy, and pro-life advocates. She has spoken to hundreds of thousands of people across North America and around the world, and reached millions more through television, radio, and print media.
In a world filled with mediocre speakers, Camille shines as an exceptionally talented, humorous, commanding, deeply faithful, and incredibly inspirational presenter who knows how to engage an audience with not just style and wit, but also meaningful content and an unforgettable message.

MALE AND FEMALE
Male and Female in a World that's Gone Mad A world without a distinctly feminine ethos is a world without a real home, and a world without a home is a world of war. But without a distinctly masculine ethos, we're a world without structure and we fall apart. While our culture seems to have gone mad in it's confusion about the reality of male and female, this delightful and necessary talk lays out the differences and even shows how men who have feminine traits and women who have masculine traits are part of the story too!
The Ethos of Woman “The man said, ‘The woman you put here with me — she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.’” As a woman, have you ever stopped to think about how your words and actions can make the difference between life or death to those around you — figuratively and even literally? Since Eve, women have been trusted with the choice to present the world with good fruit or bad fruit. Never has it been more critical for women to bring good fruits to our culture through our authentic feminine nature. This talk for women will reveal our vital and unique role in transforming our dying culture’s view of happiness, love, and suffering through our uniquely feminine ethos.
EUTHANASIA, DEATH, AND SUFFERING
Why You Need to Talk About Death and Dying Our culture is infatuated with violence and death - and teens are prime targets. Before they graduate from high school, it's critical to help them understand the dignity of the human person, the redemptive meaning of human suffering, and the tragically deceptive allure of euthanasia and assisted suicide. Camille Pauley gives real substance for teaching and discussing these issues from a solidly pro-life foundation.
If God Were All-Loving, Wouldn't He Allow Euthanasia? A deeply engaging and emotionally stirring look at the answer to why an all-powerful, all-loving God would allow suffering. Addresses the euthanasia issue with reason and compassion, and deals with practical questions like nutrition and hydration, pain control, and excessive/burdensome treatment. Is There Lasagna in Heaven? Camille Pauley talks about her parents' deaths and applies Catholic teaching on the sacredness and dignity of the dying, practical guidance for being with someone who is dying, and help for those who must make difficult decisions at the end of life.
