As a walk-on football player, you have to believe in yourself despite all else. Anthony Brannan walked on to the University of Notre Dame football team under Lou Holtz. 3 years later he was a scholarship, key contributor playing for the nationally ranked Fightin’ Irish. He tells you what it takes to have vision, sustained passion and how to carry out a dream.
Growing up in New Jersey, Anthony was a three sport athlete and National Honors Society President at prestigious Seton Hall Prep. Turning down scholarship offers from many I-AA and Ivy League schools, he chose to turn down conventional advice and follow his heart by choosing Notre Dame. He payed 5 years for the Irish, participated in 3 major Bowl Games and was 2 times chosen as the State Farm Student Athlete of the Week while also earning a degree as a double major in American Studies and Computer Applications.
He has spent most of his adult life in Hollywood as a producer, writer and actor. He owns a multi-media company, Designerland, with his wife, Jelena and they specialize in content creation and social media marketing campaigns. He also produces a variety of documentaries and films and is a producer on the upcoming film, unPLANNED. Anthony will speak on faith and football and the substance of having a vision and pursuing and achieving your dreams.
