A Man of Many Gifts
Aires holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Studies from Seattle University. He serves as Director of Campus Ministry at a Catholic high school, where he guides students in their spiritual journeys and orchestrates transformative experiences through liturgies, retreats, and service programs. Aires also brings decades of parish youth ministry, college ministry, and missionary work to his speaking engagements.
As a former lay Catholic missionary, Aires spent three years traveling the world, leading retreats and missions, working alongside those experiencing deep poverty, and sharing God’s love across cultures. A pilgrim at heart, Aires fulfilled a lifelong dream by walking the 500-mile Camino de Santiago, an experience that continues to shape his spirituality and inspires his presentations.

In addition to speaking, Aires is an accomplished worship leader, singer, and guitarist, often providing music for adoration, Masses, and retreats. He’s also a talented DJ, emcee, and even an auctioneer, infusing every event with energy, joy, and connection.
