Abby is the Co-Founder and chief executive officer of Bella Health + Wellness. She received her undergraduate degree from Regis University and a master’s in science from the University of Colorado. She is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in obstetrics, hormone balance, and sexual wellness.
In Abby’s role as the chief executive officer, she shapes Bella’s strategic vision and fosters a culture of dignity. Driven by passion, Abby is dedicated to mentoring young providers and professionals in the principles of dignified care, compassion, and excellence.
Abby speaks nationally on women’s health topics, the dignity of the human person, and reclaiming healthcare. She pulls in audiences with her real-life encounters, clinical insight, and deep convictions that challenge the norms. Whether addressing professionals, faith-based communities, or students, Abby calls others to courage, clarity, compassion, and excellence.
Abby and her husband, Justin, have been married for 23 years. While Abby is currently blessed among women with her four daughters, this might change with grandbabies on the way! She enjoys traveling, camping, skiing, and time with loved ones.
