Recently, the Catholic institution awarded him "Alum of the Decade" for his ongoing commitment to servant leadership. Freddie speaks at high schools across North America for youth program "Breaking Down the Walls." He has also spoken at Society of the Divine Savior retreats, Rotary Youth Leadership Conference, Auburn University Leadership Summit, Safe Credit Union Leadership Ethics Conference, Sacramento's YP Emerge Leadership Summit, and more. In addition, he is a two time Toastmasters International "Best Speaker" award winner.
